SERVICE DETAILS
Our Day-Of Coordination service is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want to fully relax and enjoy their day. We step in to manage the details, timeline, and vendors so everything runs seamlessly from start to finish.
This service includes:
• Pre-Event Consultation
A detailed meeting to review your vision, timeline, vendor contracts, and final details.
• Vendor Communication & Confirmation
We connect with all vendors prior to the event to confirm arrival times, services, and logistics.
• Ceremony & Reception Management
On-site coordination to ensure smooth transitions, proper setup, and flow throughout the event.
• Venue Walk-Through (if applicable)
Final walkthrough to review layouts, logistics, and special instructions.
• Wedding Party & Guest Assistance
Cueing the processional, assisting the wedding party, and helping guests as needed.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting
Handling unexpected issues discreetly so you never have to worry.
• Point of Contact on Wedding Day
Serving as the main contact for vendors, venue staff, and guests.
• Up to 12 Hours of On-Site Coordination
Coverage beginning any (you tell me) hours before the ceremony through key reception moments.
NOTICE:
If your guest count is 100+, I will require my assistants services for an extra $100.
If the location is over 1 hour from my location, I will require a $50 travel fee.
My services are $600!

During my own wedding planning, I was able to knock everything out very quick, and actually enjoyed planning it, which led me to wanting to start helping others on their special day!
